GIBS LONDON: OFFERing Company specific Programmes
GIBS London works with global organisations to customise programmes to develop their existing and potential senior leaders.
What we doWe tap into our network of local and international faculty to match learning objectives.
Many business schools claim to "customise" but our customers tell us that GIBS is one of the few to deliver on this promise.
We fundamentally believe that no business school has all the answers but that these can be found through partnership with the client organisation. Our diagnosis and collaboration with your leaders will result in a programme which addresses the issues of importance to your organisation. We co-create with our clients to ensure a lasting impact and ROI.
How we do itThe GIBS route to executive education is based upon genuine co-creation. You will be appointed a client manager to oversee the relationship and ensure it is delivering what you need. A Programme Director will be appointed who will work with you to fully understand the context, learning objectives and target audience. This individual will drive the familiarisation process, the design, development and delivery in close collaboration with the you and your people.
Programme Director
Roger Minton was appointed to build GIBS - Europe in July 2009. Previously holding Head of Learning and Development and HR Director roles with a range of global businesses, and a recent customer of GIBS Executive Education, Roger is enjoying the new challenge. “After working with the GIBS team as a customer to co-create innovative leadership development programmes, it has been a rewarding transition for me to join the team," he says. "I hope to bring the unique combination of genuine co-creation, rigorous development methodologies and deep experience of developing leaders across the world to a wider range of European-based clients.”
